Food Studies Assignment – Bread Making

Fifth years really enjoyed baking bread for our fourth assignment. We used the basic yeast dough recipe from Smart Cooking 2, and everyone made their preferred bread, most popular was the garlic and rosemary focaccia. Only one more assignment to go!
